UFC results: Scandals, DQ’s and Thug Rose’s first win at flyweight!

In last night’s UFC main event, former two-time UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas got her first flyweight success as she defeated Amanda Ribas in a five-round showdown.

In the end, Namajunas stood as the winner via unanimous decision with 49-46, 49-46 and 48-47 on the scorecards.

In the heavyweight co-main event, Karl Williams defeated Justin Tafa via unanimous decision with 30-27, 29-28 and 29-28 on the scorecards.

The most shocking thing on the card, and perhaps in 2024 so far, was the prelim flyweight fight where Igor Severino was disqualified after biting Andre Lima in the second round. Read all about the scandal and the aftermath here!
