UFC Vegas 65 took place at the Apex in Las Vegas and was one of the strangest cards of the year.

Headliner Derrick Lewis was forced to pull out of his fight against Serghei Spivac due to illness just hours before the fight would take place. Lewis was hospitalized and not cleared to fight.

Light heavyweights Ion Cutelaba and Kennedy Nzechukwu were originally scheduled to compete in the co-main event, but was bumped up to be the new main event. In the second round, Nzechukwu defeated Cutelaba via TKO. Check out the official results from UFC Vegas 65 below!
