Swedish MMA fighter Cornelia ”Conny Future” Holm will finally be back in action. On July 23, she will face Polish fighter Roza Gumienna at the Oktagon 34 event in Prague, Czech Republic.
”Finally I can announce why I’ve been working my ass off lately,” Holm recently wrote on Instagram. ”An injury and lots of hours spent with the physio in the gym, I’m now one year later better than ever before. And I’m so stoked and happy to be fighting at the amazing Stvanice arena in beautiful Prague! I’M BACK BABYYY!!!”
Bantamweight Cornelia Holm fights out of Gothenburg and has a record of 4-4. She made her pro debut at Cage Warriors 87 on October 2017 against Diana Filipa. A fight Holm won via unanimous decision.
After winning three straight fights against Morgane Ribout, Veronika Rodová and Aimilia Kapri, she had a tough time with three losses in a row. On July 23, ”Conny Future” is looking to get back in the winning column again.
Her Polish opponent Roza Gumienna, has a record of 4-2 and made her pro debut in October 2019. She won her last fight against Kethylen Rothenburg at Strife 2, on June 25.
