PFL 5 took place at the Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta on Friday night.
In the main event, 2022 heavyweight champion Ante Delija made his 2023 debut as he faced Maurice Greene.
Delija has won five straight fights, but withdrew from a bout to start the season and needed a fast finish of Greene if he hopes to return to the playoffs. While the Croatian Delija did score a clear victory over Greene, he got it done via decision over the coarse of three rounds, thereby not advancing to the playoffs.
The co-main event, last years lightweight champion Larissa Pacheco took on former Invicta FC standout Amber Leibrock. It was a short affair as Brazils Pacheco needed jsut 45 seconds to finish off her opponent via strikes.
