Belal Muhammad’s nasty injury that forced UFC 310 withdrawal
The UFC welterweight champion Belal Muhammad is out of his main event fight against Shavkat Rakhmonov.
Muhammad shared graphic photos of the foot infection that forced him out of UFC 310.
“Caught a bone infection in my foot,” Muhammad wrote on Instagram. “Had to put a PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) line in my arm for IV antibiotics the next six weeks with no physical activity.

Shavkat wants interim title fight at UFC 310
As of now, the UFC is seeking out a replacement for Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310. If the challenger can decide, he wants a fight for an interim title.
”Wishing Belal a quick recovery. We’ll meet when you’re back at 100%. For now, I’m ready to take on any contender for the interim title at (UFC 310)”, Rakhmonov wrote on social media.
