On Friday September 29 Cage Warriors returns with a stacked card in Manchester. For Swedish MMA fans the card is especially interesting since we have two fighters on the card.
In the main event, Tobias “Bad Intention” Harila return to action to take on James Hendin. The pair was scheduled to fight back in July 2022, but Hendin was injured and pulled out of the fight.
The Swede enters the Manchester cage with back-to-back stoppage wins against Damon Wilson and Ryan Shelley, while his opponent submitted Araik Margarian in the first round in his last outing.
CW debut of Alexander Lööf
The card also features the debut of undefeated Swedish featherweight Alexander Lööf who takes on fellow undefeated prospect Luke Riley.
“Fighting on enemy territory is more fun than usual. I like fighting on my home arena, the support from the crowd helps a lot, but at the same time I feel like I’ll be meaner on enemy turf. Nobody there likes you, so you get more nasty. I will be one mean motherfucker, and if I lose everyone hates me anyways. I’ve got everything to win,” Lööf recently told Frontkick.
