Spanish bantamweight Hecher Sosa has become a Swedish fan favorite after three entertaining performances at Fight Club Rush.

On February 25, he will once again be back in action as he faces Frederik Skov Strauss at FCR 15 in Stockholm.

Talking to Swedish MMA journalist Sebastian Vendel-Martinez, the Spaniard comments on his Danish opponent.

“He has very good striking,” Sosa said. “I think I am a complete fighter, you know. I don’t care if the fight is going to the ground or to the cage, I don’t care. I’m ready for a war. I train every day, (in the) morning and night.”

Hecher Sosa wants to avenge only pro loss

Even though the Spanish bantamweight is confident in both his skills and cardio, he is looking to make a statement in Stockholm.

“I want to finish him. I always want to finish the fights. Maybe some time I can’t, but I want to finish always,” Sosa said.

The Spanish bantamweight’s sole loss as a pro came against Karlen Minasian at FCR 12 in May 2022. That’s a loss he intends to avenge as soon as possible.

“I think I can win (against) him, I am better than him. I’m ready for the rematch. I hope the rematch (will be at) FCR 16,” Sosa said with a laugh.
