Swedish bantamweight phenomenon Ali Taleb just took on Khurshed “Killer” Kakhorov in a PFL Europe bantamweight semifinal in Paris.

Taleb started strong and floored his opponent with a slick boxing combo that ended with a heavy uppercut. The Swede went for a guillotine but eventually ended up on his back. The round ended on the feet where both fighters found their marks.

In the second round, Kakhorov stepped on the gas pedal and pressured the Swede during the whole round, landing chopping kicks and heavy punches that almost finished Taleb.

Kakhorov was light on his feet in the third round, but the fight eventually took to the ground where Taleb was controlled for the last minute of the fight.

After the final bell, Kakhorov stood as the winner via unanimous decision with 29-28, 29-27 and 29-27 on the scorecards.
