The biggest talk of the FCR press conference was Baysangur Makaev’s funny and relentless rants as he took over the microphone to shoot down his opponent Erik Wahrolen.

In the cage, Makaev backed up his words with a brutal second-round TKO win to cement his position as one of the top dogs in the Scandinavian lightweight division.

I hope FCR realises the potential star they have in Baysangur and keep feeding him more interesting matchups. Why not a title fight in featherweight or lightweight?
