Swedish-Georgian lightweight Guram Kutateladze recently revealed that it wasn’t an injury that pulled him out of his scheduled UFC fight against Jamie Mullarkey on June 3.
The ”Georgian Viking” explained the situation in a Instagram post and at the same time said that his next outing is already in the works.
“Fight Update: I did not pull out from the fight, I was pulled due to visa complications. Ready and prepared for fight with anybody. Fight date is being worked on as we speak. (Upcoming weeks, we are back). Stop speculation. Thanks for understanding. God bless,” Kutateladze wrote.

Guram Kutateladze is 1-1 in the UFC
Kutateladze has been forced to pull out from four of his past five scheduled UFC bouts, due to unfortunate injuries and visa issues.
He has competed twice since signing with the UFC back in 2020, winning his debut against Mateusz Gamrot and losing a razor-thin split decision against Damir Ismagulov.
UFC debutant Muhammad Naimov will replace Guram Kutateladze to face Mullarkey on Saturday.
