Undefeated OKTAGON bantamweight champion Lucia ”Silent Killer” Szabova moves down to flygweight to chase a historic second belt.

Lucia Szabova is looking to write European MMA history with her next fight.

On april 25, the undefeated OKTAGON bantamweight champion can become the promotion’s first female double champ as she takes on Leidiane Fernandes for the vacant flyweight title.

Szabova won the belt by stopping Cecilie Bolander in the first round in their title bout last August. She’s undefeated as a pro MMA fighter, sporting a flawless 10-0 record, with eight finishes.

Her next opponent is a Jungle Fight champion, making her debut in the European promotion in a high-profile matchup. Fernandes enters the cage with seven wins and two defeats, including three victories by knockout and one by submission.

Lucia Szabova is a seasoned striker

Szabova, who made her OKTAGON debut in 2019, has also competed in kickboxning and Muay Thai.

At OKTAGON 74, the seasoned striker faced Sweden’s Alexandra Andersröd in a Muay Thai bout contested under modified rules.

OKTAGON 87 will take place in Liberec, Czech Republic, on April 25.
