Four-division boxing champion Adrien Broner recently showed interest in welcoming free agent Nate Diaz to the squared ring.
The American professional boxer held multiple world championships in four weight classes. And even though he might have his prime behind him, The Ring magazine ranked Broner as the world’s fifth best active boxer, pound for pound back in 2012.
“Nate Diaz you coming over to boxing I will give yo ass everything you looking for #LETSGETIT” Broner wrote on Insagram.
In August, Broner pulled out of an scheduled bout against Omar Figueroa, due to mental health reasons. However, the former champion claimed that he was ”far from being finished with the sport”.

Nate Diaz fought his last UFC fight in September
In the last bout of his UFC contract, Nate Diaz was scheduled to face Khamzat Chimaev in the main event of UFC 279.
However, Diaz instead faced Tony Ferguson and won the fight via a guillotine choke submission in the fourth round that earned him a Performance of the Night bonus award.
The Stockton fighter decided to not re-sign with the promotion before the bout at UFC 279, and therefore Diaz is now a free agent. He still has a few months before he’s free to negotiate outside of UFC.
