Paulo Costa predict outcome of Khamzat fight: ”It’s going to … ”

BJJ black belt Paulo Costa has no intentions to take Khamzat Chimaev to the ground in their upcoming fight at UFC 294 on October 21.

In fact, he claims he will knock out ”Borz” in the very first round of the middleweight bout.

“I think this fight will be crazy and it’s going to end in the first round,” Costa said. “Knockout. I will not try to submit him. I’m a black belt but I will not try to submit him. I don’t think he’s going to try to submit me as well. So explosive of a guy, so full of energy. I prefer knockout.”

Paulo Costa: ”Going to kill you”

It looks like the months leading up to the fight in Abu Dhabi will be full of mind games from the Brazilian MMA star .

A few days back, he took a shot at Chimaev in a social media post, stating that he will kill him.

“Gourmet Chen Chen has no chance, zero, no chance. I’m going to destroy him – dead man walking. Dead man walking right there in Chechnya. I come to fuck you in your fucking house, motherfucker. Training hard every single day, I have no days off. Look at this face, look at this face. Look right here, gourmet Chen Chen: the man who is going to kill you,” Costa said.
