Swedish MMA fighter Robin Roos claims to be in the shape of his life going into the title fight at Cage Warriors 175 this Thursday. He will face reigning middleweight champion Dario Bellandi.
”I feel like I’m a bit better, stronger and faster,” Roos tells Käftsmällspodden about the preparations for the fight.
”I don’t know much about my opponent. He has five straight wins and has the belt, so he’s obviously a good fighter. It will be a good fight. I think I will be able to wear him down inside two rounds.”
The Cage Warrior title fight is by far his biggest yet. If he wins on Thursday, the Swede already has a few fighters in mind for his first title defense.
”It’s a couple of names in the middleweight division. Will Currie stands out for me. He has a orthodox style, has good power and knows what he wants. Some fighters have the fire inside them, some have it and some don’t.”
