Volkan Oezdemir will face Carlos Ulberg next
UFC has announced multiple fights for its upcoming event in Macau, China.
Former light heavyweight title challenger Volkan Oezdemir will return to action to take on Carlos Ulberg.
Oezdemir rides a two-fight winning streak, both by way of early stoppage. In his last performance he knocked out Johnny Walker in brutal fashion.
Former flyweight title holder Deiveson Figueiredo will face former bantamweight champion Petr Yan in the main event.
UFC 306 was the highest-grossing event in company history
It seems like the expensive UFC 306 at Sphere in Las Vegas may have paid off.
TKO Group Holdings revealed that the event ended up as the highest grossing card in UFC history across several major metrics:
- $22 million live gate
- Highest grossing sponsorship sales for the UFC
- Highest grossing merchandise sales in company history
Epic trailer released for Beterbiev vs. Bivol
The highly anticipated fight between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol will finally go down on October 12.
Undefeated Beterbiev is the current WBC, IBF, and WBO light heavyweight champion while the undefeated Bivol is the current WBA and IBO light heavyweight champion.
