UFC 290 loses BIG fight last minute due to ’rare brain disease’

The fight between Jack Della Maddalena and short-notice replacement Josiah Harrell is off.
The bout was cancelled after UFC 290’s official weigh-ins as a result of a serious medical issue.
According to Harrell’s manager Maurice Blanco, his pre-fight MRI revealed a case of moyamoya, which is a unusual neurological condition that could lead to a high risk for a stroke.
UFC 290 takes place Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Check out the updated fight card below!
