Wolf Fight Promotion (WFP) 8 is scheduled for Halmstad Arena on Saturday the 30th of September, and the event just received a massive addition: a lightweight battle between John Oldenqvist and Kevin Mickelsson!
A training partner of Swedish UFC star Anton Turkalj, Oldenqvist has won a bronze medal in the 2021 IMMAF World Cup. He lost his pro debut to Mohammed Rouzik at Zone Pro League 4 but rebounded with an emphatic KO win over Mashrab Mamadaliyev.
Mickelsson has competed in both Sweidh and European Muay Thai championships and is currently working with ONE Championship star Zebaztian Kadestam to hone his MMA capabilities for his pro debut.
