Tobias “Bad Intention” Harila (12-4) will make his return to Swedish soil to fight at the FCR 20 fight card.
The news was just announced by the promotion at the FCR 19 post-fight press conference. The fight marks Harila’s first in the promotion since February 2020.
At the moment it’s not announced who he will face. His opponent is likely to be revealed on Saturday.
“I’m looking forward to it, coming back to FCR, it’s not like it was before. It’s a much bigger platform. I’m looking forward to headline their biggest card ever,” Harila said at the FCR 19 post-fight press conference.
“I’m looking forward to do give a great performance.”
Tobias Harila has been fighting in Cage Warriors since 2021 and has a 4-3 record in the promotion. In his last outing he fell short to James Hendin as he broke his arm in the third round.
The Swedish featherweight is known for his devastating punching power, with ten of his wins coming via stoppage.
So far Harila has fought three times in FCR, with two first-round stoppage wins against Carlos Eduardo de Azevedo and Fernando Flores, and one submission loss against Kenneth Evensen.
Fight Club Rush 20 will take place on June 1 at Rocklunda Arena in Västerås.
