Undefeated Swedish bantamweight Ali Taleb (8-0) returns to action on Saturday to take on Kenji Bortoluzzi (11-4) on the main card of PFL Europe in Berlin.
The undefeated bantamweight is confident going into the fight with Bortoluzzi – who has twice the pro experience – and is comfortable being in the limelight.
“I don’t care that all the eyes are on me. The most important thing is that I finish him and advance to Paris. That’s the goal,” Taleb says in an exclusive interview with Frontkick.
In July last year, Ali Taleb knocked out Vincius de Oliveira to claim the UAE Warriors World Bantamweight Championship.
With seven finishes in eight fights, the undefeated and dangerous Swede is well on his way to break through on the international scene. A dominant win against Bortoluzzi on Saturday would definitely cement his status as one of the most interesting fighters in Europe.
“What I intend to do is to show him and everybody else that he’s not on my level. I will simply get him out of my way of reaching my dreams,” ,” Taleb says. “I will do everything it takes to stop him as quickly as possible. Don’t miss the show!”
