Undefeated Bo Nickal just took on Val Woodburn to open the UFC 290 main card.

DWCS fighter Val Woodburn steps in on short notice to fight Nickal on the main card at UFC 290. The bout will be the 29-year-olds promotional debut.

Woodburn walked into the octagon undefeated with seven wins, five via stoppage, and came out swinging from the start.

However, after just 38 seconds, Nickal lived up to all expectations as he knocked out his opponent with heavy punches to secure his fifth first round stoppage.

“Big shoutout to my striking coaches,” Nickal said in the post-fight interview with Joe Rogan. “I wouldn’t be here without my team.”
