On Saturday, Brazilian middleweight prospect Caio Borralho takes on Michal Oleksiejczuk in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 223.
Undefeated with three wins in the UFC, Borralho is riding a five-fight winning streak and put together an impressive pro record of 13-1.
To be fully prepared for the Las Vegas co-main event, the Brazilian prospect trained with some of the absolute biggest UFC stars in the world.
“I went to train with Khamzat, I went to train with Paulo Costa, I went to train with Sean Strickland – all the good guys,” Borralho said at Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night 223 media day. “I know I’m ready.”

Caio Borralho looks for ”discomfort all the time”
The down-to-earth Brazilian feels like he is a good place in his young UFC career.
“I know where I am right now and I know what I need to do to be where I want to be. I’m not doing anything different,” Caio Borralho said.
After winning three UFC fights in 2022, and two wins in the 2021 Contender Series, he is more confident than ever that he is on the right path.
”I’m getting more money, but I’m training even harder. I’m using this money to hire good guys to put me in discomfort all the time. I’m training harder. There’s no amount of money on this earth that’s going to make me comfortable.”
UFC Fight Night 223 is headlined by a bantamweight fight between Song Yadong and Ricky Simon. Read more about the event here!
