Charles Oliveira ends Beneil Dariush’s winning streak with a crazy TKO

The UFC 289 lightweight co-main event just went done in Vancouver, and what a fight it was.

Beneil Dariush and Charles Oliveira traded kicks and punches right from the start before the fight took to the ground. Dariush ended up on top where he landed heavy punches while ”do Bronx” threatened with submission attempts.

When the lightweights got to their feet, the former champion stepped on the gas pedal and landed a big head kick before putting on a barrage of punches that eventually forced the referee to stop the fight.

 ”Charles Oliveira is the name of the champion”

In the post-fight interview he commented on the performance.

”Thanks so much, Charles Oliveira is the name of the champion,” Oliveira said in the post-fight interview.

”Last time you saw 10 percent of me, now you saw 120 percent,” Oliveira said and claimed he’s ready to fight Islam Makhachev again.
