UFC light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka is in awe of Israel Adesanya’s performance against Jared Cannonier. In a interview with Helen Yee, he praises “The Last Stylebender’s” way of fighting at UFC 276.
“Man, I have to say amazing performance. Fuck man, that was mastery. Mastery,” Prochazka said. “And I think it’s the opposite of my fighting style, of my last fight. But I very like it, the full control of the fighting. That fight I liked alot.”
Chris Pratt don’t agree with the champions point of view
However, Hollywood star Chris Pratt, known from Jurassic World and Avangers, has more or less the exact opposite view of Izzy’s fight at UFC 276. The actor does not seem impressed by the dominant champions tactical striking at all.
“I’m gonna say this as humbly as I can, as a guy who never stepped in the Octagon. I don’t know this game, I’m just an actor. But I’m not a fan, man. I’m not a fan of coming out, like, all that talk and then just kind of putting on a little bit of a pitter-patter,” Pratt said. “I’m like, ‘Come on, man! Cash on that!’ You’ve got to cash that promise of being so badass. If I bet with my money, I would bet Adesanya would’ve done something like that.”
