Due to injury, UFC star Darren Till is out of the fight against Jack Hermansson. The two top ranked middleweights was scheduled to fight in the co-main event at UFC London on July 23.
Now, the No. 9 ranked Liverpool fighter leaves a comment on social media.
“Be back stronger. Thanks for messages of support everyone,” Till wrote on Twitter.
This is the second time Darren Till pulled out of a fight against Jack “The Joker” Hermansson. They were scheduled to fight in December 2020, but Till was forced to withdraw due to an injury. He was replaced by Marvin Vettori who ended up defeating Hermansson via unanimous decision.
The Liverpool fighter is coming off back-to-back losses against top fighters Derek Brunson and Robert Whittaker. The 29-year-old has fought three times as a middleweight, and has one win against former interim champion Kelvin Gastelum in the weightclass.
