Hyped Raul Rosas Jr takes his first pro loss at UFC 287

In the first fight of the UFC 287 main event, rising star Raul Rosas Jr took on Christian Rodriguez in a three-round bantamweight bout.

Rosas Jr stormed out and started working for a takedown. With two minutes left he took his opponents back but could not secure a submission.

In the second round, Raul Rosas Jr relentless pace took its toll and he started to fatigue. Rodriguez took over and dominated the round.

The 25-year-old dominated in the last round as well, controlling the young prospect and landed good shots on the ground.

After the final bell, Rodriguez stood as the winner via unanimous decision.

”He’s really good. I respect his skillset,” Rodriguez said.

Raul Rosas Jr is 1-1 in the UFC

Raul Rosas Jr, also known as ”El Nino Problema”  is now 7-1 as a professional MMA fighter.

The 18-year-old won his pro debut in December last year. He is now 1-1 in the promotion.
