Former featherweight king Max “Blessed” Holloway is targeted to make his octagon return on April 15, to face contender Arnold Allen in a five-round main event.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto was first to report the matchup, and according to MMA Junkie, both parties have verbally agreed to the fight.

Former featherweight champion Max Holloway comes from a title challenge loss to Alexander Volkanovski in July last year.
Prior to the tough defeat, the 31-year-old fan favorite picked up two straight unanimous decisions over top ranked strikers Yair Rodriguez and Calvin Kattar. Both fights were awarded with post-fight bonuses.
No. 4 ranked Arnold Allen is undefeated in the UFC, with ten straight wins. In his last outing he defeated Calvin Kattar via TKO.
The UFC has not yet announced a location or venue for the event that will take place on April 15. However, a bunch of talented featherweights like Edson Barboza, Billy Quarantillo, Lando Vannata and Daniel Zellhube are set to fight at the card.
