Nicolas Dalby booked against hyped and undefeated welterweight prospect

Danish UFC veteran Nicolas Dalby has a new assignment.

On November 4 he will take on the undefeated Gabriel Bonfim in Sao Paulo. The news of the welterweight matchup was first reported by MMA journalist Marcel Dorff.

Former Cage Warriors champion Dalby is 4-1 in his last five outings and rides a three-fight winning streak. In his most recent fight he defeated Muslim Salikhov via unanimous decision.

Bonfim is 15-0 as a pro and returns to action after submitting Trevin Giles at UFC 291 in July. He made his promotional debut at UFC 283 in January.

UFC Fight Night 228 with Nicolas Dalby

UFC Fight Night 228 will take place on November 4 at Ginnsio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil on November 25.

The card is expected to be headlined by a highly interesting heavyweight bout between veteran Curtis Blaydes and rising star Jailton Almeida.
