Three well-known MMA fighters decided to end their careers this past weekend after long stints in major promotions.

UFC fighter Jamie Pickett decided to call it a day on Saturday March 2. He announced his retirement at the UFC Fight Night 238 post-fight press conference, after his fifth straight loss.
The 35-year-old made his MMA debut in September 2011 and pulled together a record of 13-11 (2-7 in the UFC).

Tyson Pedro retired in the cage after Saturday’s loss to Vitor Petrino at UFC Fight Night 238. All in all he fought 11 times in the octagon, facing fighters like Mauricio Rua, Ovince Saint Preux and Swedes like Ilir Latifi and Anton Turkalj.
The Australian 32-year-old made his MMA debut in 2013 and pulled together a record of 10-5 with notable wins against Khalil Rountree Jr. and Paul Craig.

Japanese-Croatian judoka and MMA fighter Satoshi Ishii has hung up his gloves for good .That’s according to a report from Tokyo Sports.
Ishii made his MMA debut on Dec. 31, 2009, and retired on March 3 at age 37 with a MMA record of 25-13-1. During his career he defeated the likes of Tim Sylvia and Philip De Fries. He last fought on August 18 last year when he lost to Danilo Marques in PFL.
Ishii is a legendary judoka who won the gold medal in Olympic Judo at the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics, as well as a K1 veteran and pro boxer.
