Bantamweight bonanza: ANOTHER (!) top bantamweight bout added to UFC 292

UFC 292 turns out to be nothing but a bantamweight bonanza.

Headlined by a title bout between reigning bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling and challenger Sean O’Malley, and with former champs Henry Cejudo, Cody Garbrandt and top dog Marlon Vera on the card, there seemed to be enough of bantamweight matchups for one single PPV.

However, the matchmakers just added another high profile 135 lbs bout between top ranked contenders Rob Font and Song Yadong. The promotion announced the fight yesterday.

Both fighters will enter the cage coming from impressive stoppage wins. Font brutally TKO’d Adrian Yanez at UFC 287, while Yadong finished Ricky Simon with punches on April 29.
