UFC on ABC 4 results: Almeida submits Rozenstruik in the first round

UFC on ABC 4: Rozenstruik vs. Almeida just took place at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina!

The card was headlined by a massive heavyweight bout where the dangerous knockout machine Jairzinho Rozenstruik took on rising Brazilian star Jailton Almeida.

The first round started with a quick takedown from Almeida who immediately started to work for a submission. With 1.30 on the clock the Brazilian took the back of Rozenstruik to secure a submission win via rear-naked choke.

”When I come down with the pressure no one can stop me,” Almeida said in the post-fight interview and already has his eyes set on his next opponent. ”Tai Tuivasa in Abu Dhabi.”

In the co-main event of UFC on ABC 4, Johnny Walker defeated No. 5 ranked Anthony Smith via unanimous decision with 29-28-30-27 and 30-27 on the scorecards.
