UFC Paris just took place at the Accor Arena and gave the loud French audience some fantastic MMA action.
In the highly interesting heavyweight main event, former interim champion Ciryl Gane and No. 7 ranked Sergey Spivak.
Gane took command from the start and landed creative striking to the head and body on his opponent.
In the second round, the hometown fighter continued to walk down his opponent, landing heavy shots at will. With less than two minutes left of the round, Gane stepped on the gas pedal and ended his opponent with a barrage of clean and devastating strikes.
“Today it was my mission to prove I’m still here,” Gane said in the post-fight interview. “This is where I belong, here in the cage.”
