UFC San Antonio: Stacked card loses interesting fight in the last minute!

UFC San Antonio just lost a interesting bout.

The promotion officially announced that Tamires Vidal pulled out of her scheduled fight against Hailey Cowan, due to an undisclosed medical issue.

Due to the last minute pull out, there will be no replacement for Cowan who was set to make her UFC debut at the event.

The 31-year-old was signed to the UFC from Dana White’s Contender Series, after defeating Claudia Leite in August.

She was first scheduled to make her debut in February, but was forced to pull out due to medical issues, and now, unfortunatly, her promotional debut will have to wait even longer.

UFC San Antonio – Updated Fight Card

UFC San Antonio is headlined by a highly anticipated bout between top ranked bantamweights Marlon ”Chito” Vera and Cory Sandhagen.

In the co-main event we will see a women’s bantamweight fight between Holly Holm and Yana Santos.
