Former WBC interim lightweight champion Ryan Garcia is scheduled to face Devin Haney in a massive WBC super lightweight title bout on April 20. However, the boxing superstar has another fight in mind too – YouTuber-turned-pro-boxer Jake Paul.
“Okay enough, it’s on I’m going to have to do this! I’m going to end this Jake Paul boxing thing,” Garcia wrote on X.
“I can’t do this shit,” Garcia said in a follow-up message. “I feel so fucking bad for introducing Jake Paul to boxing. I fucked up. I can’t allow this to happen. I can’t. I can’t. He’s disrespecting my sport. He’s disrespecting everything. I just, I don’t know — call my team, Jake. Fuck you.”

BRING IT ON JAKE IM DEAD FUCKING SERIOUS FUCK YOU! HIT MY TEAM UP
It’s very likely that the fight will never materialize since Ryan Garcia is significantly smaller than Paul. His upcoming fight with Haney is will take place at 140 pounds, whereas Paul is fighting at 200 lbs.
Last night, Paul faced Ryan Bourland in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The former YouTuber came out strong and landed a big combination that hurt his opponent before pouring it on until the referee stopped the bout.
Paul stood as the winner via TKO at 2:37 of the very first round.
