Khamzat Chimaev and Paulo Costa in heated altercation at UFC PI!

A heated altercation between Khamzat Chimaev and Paulo Costa recently took place at the UFC Performance Institute. The altercation was caught on tape, and in the video you can hear both UFC stars trading verbal blows with each other.

”I want to fight you, you want to fight me? Okay let’s go,” Costa said.

”I’m here, you said you’re going to fuck me up? I’m here now,” Khamzad said.

Former MMA fighter Jake Shields was at the UFC Performance Institute and later gave his version of what happened between Chimaev and Costa.

“I was there this morning, working out with Paulo Costa, going through some techniques and some drilling, and then all of the sudden we hear on the side of the cage Khamzat starts yelling at us, cussing out Paulo ‘well you want to fight?’ So we look over and it’s him and 10 dudes,” Shields said in a recent interview with MMA Junkie.

Costa had nothing but harsh words for Khamzat

In a video published yesterday, Costa had nothing but bad words for the Swedish superstar who will face Nate Diaz on Saturday’s UFC 279.

“Fuck that guy. Fuck that guy. He’s not a real gangster. Nate Diaz will fuck him up. Okay? I’m with Nate Diaz all day, all day Nate Diaz,” Costa said.
