FCR 12: Glenn McVeigh earns quick win – calls out Khamzat’s teammate Bilal Tipsaev!

Glenn McVeigh just earned a first-round submission victory versus Mici Saaristu at Fight Club Rush 12. After the impressive victory, the Irishman chose to challenge a former opponent – Bilal Tipsaev – who was present at the venue.

The two fighters recently faced off at BRAVE CF 54 this fall in a fight that ended in a draw after three rounds.

Bilal Tipsaev, who is a very close friend and teammate to UFC sensation Khamzat Chimaev, quickly entered the cage after McVeigh’s callout, and a war of words erupted between the two rivals.

”I’m gonna take your head off,” McVeigh told Tipsaev.

”You won’t be able to do that. We’ll see,” Tipsaev retorted.

A rematch between the two rivals could very well come to fruition at FCR 13, which is possibly set to take place in Stockholm this August. That would mark the first time Fight Club Rush hosts an event in the Swedish Capital.
