No. 7 ranked lightweight Mateusz Gamrot will soon be back in action as he steps in on short notice to face No. 10 ranked Jalin Turner at UFC 285, following the withdrawal of Dan Hooker.
Gamrot is 4-2 in the promotion and comes from a loss against Beneil Dariush in October. Turner rides a five-fight winning streak that dates back to February 2020, with all wins coming by stoppage.

UFC 285 will take place on March 4, at the T-Mobile Arena. The card is headlined by a heavyweight title bout between Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane.
In the co-main event we will see a women’s flyweight bout where dominant champion Valentina Shevchenko will take on Mexican challenger Alexa Grasso.
