On Saturday February 18, UFC will return to the Apex for UFC Vegas 69.

The main event has undergone a few changes the last couple of weeks, and the card will now be headlined by a women’s flyweight bout between No. 10 ranked Erin Blanchfield and No. 3 ranked Jessica Andrade. The fight could quite possibly decide the women’s flyweight division’s next title challenger.

Andrade, who last fought on January 23, took the fight on a short notice, as she’s replacing Taila Santos, who pulled out of the fight.

23-year-old Blanchfield won her previous fight in November as she submitted Molly McCann in the first round. She’s riding a seven-fight winning streak and is undefeated in the UFC with a promotional record of 4-0.

UFC Vegas 69 main card also features a highly interesting lightweight bout where veteran Jim Miller will make his fifty-second (!) professional MMA fight as he’s taking on Alexander Hernandez.

Lina Länsberg returns to action

The preliminary card features Swedish bantamweight veteran Lina Länsberg who will take on Brazil’s Mayra Bueno Silva.

No. 12 ranked Länsberg comes into the fight with three straight losses and is in desperate need of a win, while her No. 14 ranked opponent comes from back-to-back wins against Wu Yanan and Stephanie Egger in 2022.
