Safi Husseini dominates at CAGE 58

Finnish MMA event CAGE 58 took place Saturday at Helsinki House of Culture in Helsinki, Finland.

The card featured Västerås Fight Club’s Safi Husseini who faced Karvann Ahmadi in a catchweight bout (63 kilo).

Husseini was the better fighter and dominated his opponent during three rounds and after the final bell he stood as the winner via decision.

With the win Husseini is 2-0 in the promotion and 3-2 as a professional MMA fighter.

Tough loss for Millie Eriksson at CAGE 58

CAGE 58 also featured an amateur bantamweight bout between undefeated IMMAF Youth World champion and IMMAF U-21 World Champion Sani Brännfors and Swedish MMA fighter Millie Eriksson.

The fight was even, and both fighters found success, but in the end, Brännfors stood as the winner via a razor-thin split decision.

However, Eriksson could rebound quickly as she is already booked for a title fight at Norwegian MMA event Gorilla FC 2 in May.
