Allstars Fight Night has definitely been a breath of fresh air in the Scandinavian MMA scene during the past six months. With the vibe of a sweaty underground rock concert, the organization brings something to the table that I’ve been missing.

Don’t get me wrong though, I enjoy the bigger Swedish MMA events at larger venues too, but there is something with the dense, loud and hot-as-hell atmosphere at the Allstars Training Center that works so well with violent entertainment. The long line of fans waiting outside in the cold before the doors opened obviously think that AFN got something unique going on too.

I just hope AFN realizes that they have a cool niche in the regional scene and don’t decide to move the events to a bigger venue as the organization grows bigger.
