Publicerat
Muay Thai For Life, Scandinavia’s leading Muay Thai promotion, today announced its fifth event. MTFL 5.0 is officially going down in Partille Arena in Gothenburg, Sweden on March 4 with live broadcasting on DAZN.
According to MTFL founder and promoter Patrick Thomsen, a ”spectacular fight card” is currently in the works.
”The MTFL Series returns to Partille Arena with world-class professional Muay Thai on March 4. We have a spectacular fight card in the works, featuring top-ranked champions as well as the absolute hottest up-and-coming prospects,” Thomsen said in a statement provided to Frontkick.online.

The poster published on social media features multiple-time world champion Youssef Assouik, who’s headlined the past two MTFL events, suggesting he’s slated to fight for the promotion a third time.
At last month’s MTFL 4.0 in Malmö, Sweden, Assouik fought through adversity to score an impressive comeback win and capture the WMC European super middleweight title.
Furthermore, sources told Frontkick that the promotion is looking to book three-time Swedish champion and reigning WMC European lightweight champion Nicholas Bryant, who’s gone 2-1 in the Muay Thai For Life Series and most recently lost a tough battle to ONE Championship contender Jacob Smith at MTFL 4.0.
