Sharabutdin Magomedov just faced Antonio Trocoli in a middleweight bout.

Trocoli, who took the fight on short notice, was definitely affected by the brutal weight cut. He did his best to take the fight to the ground, but got more and more tired the longer the fight went. Magomedov really started to pick Trocoli apart in the third round and eventually found the finish with a barrage of punches.

”Perfect brother,” Magomedov said after the fight. ”I knew he was tall. I was waiting for him to go for a take down to land my knees.”

”It’s a huge honor for me to be in this historic first card in Saudi Arabia.”

Sharabutdin Magomedov is still undefeated

Sharabutdin Magomedov was undefeated before the fight in Saudi Arabia, with a 12-0 record. In Saudi Arabia he got his first stoppage win in the promotion.

The Dagestani made his UFC debut against Bruno Silva this past October at UFC 294. He won the fight via unanimous decision.
