Last Saturday, Cornelia ”Conny Future” Holm fought for the bantamweight title at Pallas Athena Women’s Fighting Championship. She took the fight against the game and physically big Melissa Croden on short notice. In the third round, the Canadian was able to stop Holm via TKO to win the promotion’s bantamweight title.

”We all suffer heavy losses sometimes. I’m still proud of my performance but mostly proud that I never take easy fights. I went to the Rocky mountains on the other side of the world and fought a Canadian giant on short notice. I think I could’ve won, it sucks that I didn’t, but congrats to my opponent for fighting an amazing fight!! Now I’m gonna enjoy my last day in Canada, eat a lifetime worth of candy and then go back home and keep getting better. Bcs I love this shit,” Holm wrote in a recent Instagram post.
