UFC Atlantic City results: Fiorot dominates Blanchfield to secure important win

UFC delivered one helluva card in Atlantic City.
In the main event, top flyweights Erin Blancfield and Manon Fiorot squared off in an unofficial title contender bout.
Fiorot size, reach, and striking was the key to victory as she kept Blanchfield at the end of her punches and kicks. Blanchfield marches forward, but getting out struck by a much larger opponent and seemed like she had no plan B to turn the tables in the fight.
After the final bell, Fiorot stood as the winner with 50-45 on all scorecards.
“I fought everyone in the category. I want the title, that’s it,” she said in the post-fight interview. “I’m ready no matter what, I want my title shot.”

Post-fight bonuses
Dennis Buzukja and Nate Landwehr got the Performance of the Night bonus while the clash between Anton Turkalj and Ibo Aslan was awarded with the Fight of the Night bonus.
