FCR 16 – Fight card, Start Time & How to Watch

On Saturday June 3, Swedish MMA promotion Fight Club Rush returns to Västerås with a stacked card.

In the main event, hometown hero Andreas ”Bane” Gustafsson (8-2) takes on Finland’s Toni Lampinen (8-4) in a welterweight matchup.

Gustafsson has been busy lately, with two wins in three fights since his comeback in November, while Lampinen comes from a TKO win at CAGE 55 this past September.

Flyweight title bout

The co-main event features FCR’s first flyweight title bout where Renato Vidovic takes on Amir Malekpour in a battle between two of the best Scandinavian 125:ers out there.

Vidovic has four straight wins coming into the title fight, while Malekpour has three victories in his past four outings.

The FCR 16 fight card also features flyweights Zoran Milic and Rohulla Yousofi, as well as the return of fan favorite Nabbe Malki who will take on Ebrima Faal in a highly anticipated welterweight clash.

On the undercard we will see TV-personality and amateur MMA prospect Liam Pitts face Enes Ahmemulic, as well as Djaba Murtazaliev who will take on Waltteri Häkkinen.
