Just ten days before his main event fight at UFC Sao Paulo, Derrick “The Black Beast” Lewis was arrested by the Houston police.
The 38-year-old was arrested Wednesday, October 25, and charged with a misdemeanor. That’s according to court records. He was released on $100 bond hours after his arrest and due to be back in court on December 27.
According to the Texas police, the UFC heavyweight drove 136 mph in a 50 mph zone.
