Sean O’Malley challenges Henry Cejudo – Triple C not impressed: “Easy money”

Can rising bantamweight star Sean O’Malley be fomer champion Henry Cejudo’s comeback fight? The two bantamweight’s seems eager enough to fight face other, and has lately traded blows on social media.

“Sept 10th too soon fat ass or are you all talk Henry Cejudo,” O’Malley recently tweeted.

“Easy money, I love paperviews points,” Cejudo responed.

However, the retired double champ, who’s officially back in the testing pool, doesn’t think “Sugar” would actually take the fight.

“I think that might be a good tune-up fight, but the goal for me for Sean is to get rid of him in two rounds,” Cejudo recently said. “Like, don’t make him go past two rounds. So that’s my goal. But he wouldn’t take the fight. Stylistically, I’m just too smart, I’m too experienced, I’m too tough, and I’m definitely too damn good-looking. ”

“It would be like Jake Paul facing Jon Jones. I would eat that dude alive.”

Henry Cejudo has a professional record of 16-2. In August 2018, he won the UFC flyweight championship. In June, 2019 he won the vacant UFC bantamweight title, and in May 2020, he defended his bantamweight belt with a TKO-win Dominick Cruz. Immediately after the bout, Cejudo retired from professional fighting.

With his latest no-contest bout against Pedro Munhoz, Sean O’Malley has a record of 15-1-1. His last victory was a first-round TKO over Raulian Paiva on UFC 269.
