A five-round welterweight fight between Stephen ”Wonderboy” Thompson and Kevin Holland will headline UFC Orlando on December 3. UFC just announced the exciting bout between the two popular strikers.

The stacked UFC Orlando card will also feature a middleweight bout between top ranked Derek Brunson and Jack ”The Joker” Hermansson, as well as a welterweight fight between Rafael dos Anjos and Bryan Barberena.

Kevin Holland ”retired” after loss at UFC 279

According to himself, Kevin Holland retired from the sport after the tough loss to Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 279 earlier this month “unless something super-duper magical pops up”. Thompson, who’s coming from back-to-back losses against Belal Muhammad and Gilbert Burns, has recently claimed that he had a hard time finding a opponent he wanted.

It’s probably safe to say that the fight between the popular strikers Holland and ”Wonderboy”, will satisfy both the fighters and the fans.
