UFC 285 just took place in front of a sold-out T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and what a night it was.

In the main event, former light heavyweight kingpin Jon Jones and No. 1 ranked Ciryl Gane clashed for the vacant heavyweight title.

Jones took the fight to the ground immediately and submitted Gane, seemingly without any problem, to become a two-division champion.

“I’ve been working for this for a long time. I’ve been faithful to my mission.” Jones said in the post-fight interview.

“You want me to beat up Stipe? You are the greatest heavyweight of all time. I want you.”

Alexa Grasso shook up the world

In the second title bout of the evening, Alexa Grasso became the new flyweight champion after dethroning Valentina Shevchenko with a rear-naked-choke in the fourth round.

The victory makes Grasso the first Mexico-born woman ever to win a UFC title.

“I feel like I’m dreaming. I’ve been dreaming about this moment for so long,” Grasso said in the post fight interview.
