Swedish boxer Anthony Yigit just took on Jacob Quinn in a four-round bout at ABP Fight Night 9.
The Swedish southpaw worked well against the tall opponent and pressured from the start.
The second round was highly entertaining with both fighters trading punches. The third round continued in the same fashion with heavy shots landed by both boxers.
In the fourth and final round, the experienced Swede showed proof of his skills as he landed heavy combinations.
After the final bell, Yigit stood as the winner via unanimous decision with 40-36, 40-36 and 40-36 on the scorecards.
“Fighting in Sweden, in my home country, is always a dream come true,” Yigit said.
The Swede expected a action packed fight in Malmö.
“He’s big, since I’m going up two weightclasses, but he’s not as experienced. I will show him that size isn’t everything. My experience is the key to win the fight,” Yigit told Frontkick ahead of the fight.
