On August 27, a new bantamweight champion will be crowned at FCR 13. The organization just revealed that contenders Bernardo Sopai and Karlen Minasian will fight for the vacant title.
Bernardo Sopai represents Allstars and has a record of 8-2. His opponent, Karlen Minasian, has a record of 5-1 and represents Örebro Fight Gym

FCR 13 first time ever in Stockholm
A few weeks ago, Fight Club Rush announced that FCR 13 will be held in Solnahallen in Stockholm. When Frontkick reached out to FCR’s CEO Zlatko Ostrogonac he talked about the organizations expansion.
“This will be the first FCR event outside of Västerås, but not the last one,” Ostrogonac told Frontkick.online. “Our plan going forward is to hold two events a year in Stockholm, give or take. As usual, we’re doing our very best to put together a fight card with evenly-matched and qualitative MMA bouts that mean something.”
“About 90 percent of our focus goes towards up-and-coming talent on the rise, rather than fighters who’re on their way down. The reason for that is simple; they are hungry and will always put on more exciting fights for the fans. Those who’ve been following FCR’s previous events know what I mean. See you on August 27th!”
